Iodine and borax are quite forgiving even if taking too much, as most is out of the system in a couple of days.

What I learnt somewhere about hairloss, is that the hair follicles are "strangled" of a too tight scalp, this can be due to stress, also vit B has a say in this; as it increases the blood flow / circulation; niacin in particular.
