If you're having allergic reactions, then you're not taking enough iodine.
Iodine deficiency is the main reason our natural anti-histamine reaction doesn't work.
Believe me, I learned this lesson the hard way. I was very afraid to take more
Iodine when I started, when the truth was, my body needed more...it was SCREAMING for more.
I've always been allergic to cats, and pollen. I have NO more problems with pollen anymore...ever...or mold. I can SMELL the mold, but it doesn't cause me problems.
As far as cats go, back a bit in the beginning, when I started, I discovered how
Iodine helped. But then a neighbor lost her cat AND dog. She got the cat, but had to run after the dog. I offered to hold the cat and by the time she returned I was getting the familiar sniffles, itchy ears, eyes, and tight lungs.
I thought, "Oh no. And yet I'm still ON iodine!"
So, what did I do? I got BOLD and took a whole dropperful of my iodine. I was scared, but did it anyway.
Within 10 minutes all allergic reactions literally melted away. It was a "wow" moment for me.
My daughter here recently got sick. I finally found out she quit taking her
SSKI altogether. (She's prefers it cuz she can take it with food).
So, after a week of still coughing and hacking I put two droppersful into her orange juice. Within a half hour she quit coughing and hacking. It's been a week now, and she's still taking that much three times a day.
I told her, as soon as that cough QUITS coming back altogether, 100%, then, and only then, can she drop to one dropperful a day. When we're both satisfied that whatever strong illness got a hold of her is OVER, then she can drop to a half dropper three times a day, and then if we're still happy she's all better we can discuss a maintenance dose.
She is NOT suffering from headaches because all this
SSKI is NATURALLY telling her body to take in more salt, and water.
When she CRAVES meat, she gets it (selenium).
When she CRAVES fries (potassium) she gets them.
Oh yeah, she's tickled to death with one of her side-effects. She's not wanting to overeat anymore and she's losing weight.
She learned; she's also a happy camper now!!! 8^D
