I can't "recommend" anything other than your need to address what deficiencies you may have, and how your body and your lifestyle uses up the storehouses of what your body needs.

I can only tell you of my experience, and what has worked quite well for me and others that have posted here.

My biggest problem with Iodine was getting over the fear of increasing my intake as was needed for ME.

For example, one of my problems is stress, AND another is not always eating right. Increased Iodine helps me with both.

You'll get it; I have faith that you'll get it. It's sort of a trial by fire thing.
