Hello all.
On 22th August in 23-24 o'clock I started my first dry fast.
My previous experience consists of:
- 20 days restrictive fruit diet, with only 600-1000 grams of apples;
- several 1 to 6 days water fasts
- 32 days water fast.
My goal is to heal:
1. hyperhidrosis: profuse sweating of my face and legs, also overall sweating of my body;
2. herniated disk
3. sinusitis: my nose is always running while cold outside or when eating cold foods. Also it secrets a lot of mucus.
4. Hemorrhoids - I've suffered from Hemorrhoids since 16 years.
5. there are some more complaints which are not so stressful.
I started my sitch in October 2013
My weight at the beginning of my journey was 83-87 kg.
I am male, 36 years old, height 179cm.
I used to love outside exercises such as: running, pull ups, push ups, etcetera.
After my divorce I found out that Hyperhidrosis is a disease and there is no cure. Recently I read a couple of books about fasting and they gave me hope.
I read Paul Brag's The miracle of fasting, Furhman, Arnold Ehret,
Herbert Shelton . My last reading is by Stanley Bass.

Today is my 41th hour of dry fast. I sunbathed between 12-15 o'clock. Here is hot summer and it is not advisable but I was feeling well. Unfortunately the sun increased my thirst to unbearable level.
Please, share with mе successful stories about dry fasting.
Is it really 3 times better and fast working than normal only water fasts?
