Divine is a word which is used frequently in my writing, it empowers the true meaning of the one within... It beholds the true love and happiness which can only be seen through "divine" living. This living can only be experience through MH's teachings... Natures laws are set in stone, courage and belief is all that is needed to accomplish such lawful living.
Inside days of this fast you begin to hear your body's functions...(Such as hearing your heart beat) On the night of the 16th day, I began to notice that my right half side of my brain was beginning to COME ALIVE... It never occured to me that all my thinking/thoughts were projected from the left rear half of my brain vessel. I feel as though my thinned blood, due to fasting, was finally able to reawaken my right half of the brain... Due to cleansing the old matter away.. Preety remarkable must I say... I have been experiencing slight headaches from this newly awaken side, also new thinking ability. The thinking/sense is one which faintly appears then dissapears... It is the ability to REMAIN very sharp, smart, happy, confident in all I do... Its a sense of WELL BEING....
Till now(Day18) is continues to move around, creak, etc... I have been taking 2 tablspons of De-Wormer since the excavation begin as I feel parasites remain in this forbidden place... This creaking is possibly them dieing ad twitching... As I have heard they move intensely before putrifing... My body especially the lower half muscular portion(legs,calf muscles) still twitch...
From Day 15-18 my sleeping has been calm although lengthy.... The physician within is working intensly lately!!!
My weight is down 5 more pounds and will have some pictures up soon...
My strength is still increasing although my energy is mild/mediocure in which I believe is due to intense detox....
I have recently purchased the Essene Gospel of Peace and The Maricle of Fasting books and hope to enjoy these!!!!
I am consuming 60-100 oz of juice a day and using 9 Lbb...
I am walking 10-30 minutes a day and recieve the same amount from Mid Morning Sun..
My work ability is phenominal and memory continues to be rather UNBELIEVABLE!! No need for post-its or reminders of daily work tasks.. Efotless typig has accompaned my daily lfe...:):) The divine silver cord is now truely cleaning.... Everything and anything I do is complete with perfection..
I have decided to go staright liquidarian... To unharm and respect others I will only eat fruits/solids during SPECIAL Occasions... To explain and worry siblings is not of my liking... One must respect others ill advisement and understand their "way of life." Every 3-6 days I will accompy my barefoot friends with my experiences over the time alotted.. I hope to become one which proves to this world that life can be experience in a new sense with the proper eating/living habits...

Hey Zach do you take lecithin? I posted earlier that it bothers me, maybe it's because my diet is poor.
And about the twitching calves--I am so glad there is somebody who has this problem too, please let us know how that develops.
And congrats on your decision! I know that liquidarian is for me too, but I have some bad habits to overcome still. Yay! rock n' roll! I wish there were more good men like you out there!

MoreThis is a reply to # 210,203Lecithin is not in my living intake of foods/supplements. It is not a suggested supplement when diet is corrected (fruits).... I feel it is too refined... My suggestion would be to include liver flushes and fix your diet to a mucous-less diet...
I think the twitching is due to parasites dieing... If its not it may mean I regaining nerve endings in places which were "plugged"... In any case I am certain it is a good thing... I have had it many weeks... I only notice it if I am relaxing, slight vibration/spazm....

This is a reply to # 210,209I think it's parasites doing something, I don't know what. I've had the twitching for a couple of years, maybe more. Maybe I always had it but wasn't as aware of my body. But I cannot get rid of the suckers! I do not beleive they are dying.
You are right about lecithin, that's what MH said earlier. But since my diet is not the best (addicted to salad dressing, coffee and wine still) I thought it could help.
Anyway, off to drink evil coffee. Have fun, I know you will. : )

This is a reply to # 210,193Thanks you so much. I really can not beleive you have more stuff going out. That says so much about our world. It makes me want more and more. I feel as though I have just put my big toe in the detox pond. The more you write, the more I learn.
I did have a pineapple experience like the one you have talked about. Stuff came down from the top of my head into the lymph on my neck and out. I only ate Half the pineapple!
My issue now seems to be some kind of emotional attachment to the veggie eating. I can do all fruit all day but end up with a salad by night. I am working this out. I think I have alot of comfort food issues in my head.
The best thing I have done is give up my 20+ year coffee addiction. I get waaaaaay more from a glass of oj than coffee could ever give me. But this was only possible after I started cleansing. Beyond actual addiction, my body was so used to cooked foods and caffein that real foods were not able to work on my energy levels as well. That is until I just dropped the cooked foods and caffein.
I just never knew.
What a fantastic journey!

I consider two weeks of fruitarian eating to one day of Juice Fasting....
My grandmother has been drinking coffee all her life and at age 83 she seems to wasting away... She could use some lecithin :) It would amaze me how long the individuals from the pre baby boomers era would live if they had a dose of what we know.... I could see her living 110+ if she would have been informed of the right eating habits as such a young age. Other than her negatives she is a wonderful lady that calls me sweety all the time!!! God be with her!
Pineapple truly is a MARICLE FOOD... I consumed 3-4 a week pre fasting... There is no better chelation than a sweet maui pineapple! Try to shoot for a couple more a week and embrace your new IQ with enhanced raw iodine.
The lymph you speak of is EXACTLY how I experienced the pineapple nogan flush. :) You seem to be just a few footsteps behind me....
Before STRAIGHT fruitarian I had a problem with eating to much salads...
If the veggies are grocery store bought and organic let me know.... If so I have the simple answer as to why you are ATTATCHED to these... I had the same problem.
Regarding cooked foods....
After beginning the non-mucous diet by Dr. Arnold Ehret I found that after a week of only eating fruits and vegetables then trying a slight baked potato chip at an upscale restraunt my body was VERY unhappy with cooked food. I had a sever headache, diarreah, upset stomach for the whole day, and acid reflux... To think I ate cooked foods all day everyday made me ponder on the idea of how I survived.

Plus, I had some sprouted bread one day. My heart was racing and I got a head ache and was very uncomfortably FULL. How the heck did I eat cooked foods all these years and surive??????? Espescially fast food YIIIKKKKEEESSSSS!!!!!
I noticed something funny at the "healfood store" the other day. When I walked in and saw all the fruits and fresh produce it looked like a lovely garden. When I went past the frozen section, I noticed all the packages had similar colors. Really looks like what catches the eye is real foods and they know this so they put pretty pictures and artwork to get the same feeling as a garden or real food and then, ofcourse, you get a good sense that you should buy the products. AND healthfood store frozen food packages are much more colorful than regular store packaging, to me anyway. Makes me wonder.
Even in "moderation",
Coffee always leaves you down. That's part of the addiction and the wanting of more. My kidneys are soooo much hapier now!!!!

Great going there Zach. Your posts serve as a source of inspiration. Keep up the good work.
Incidentally, Id love your take on the following. Been following the work of Dr Doug Graham who has been a fruitarian for over 18 years. (He explains very well why grains are bad news)
Being very very skinny now as a result of my new found diet 60kg and holding, I am ABSOLUTELY trusting that I am on the right path going a total raw fruit diet.
However It appears that man requires about 2000 odd calories to get by each day. To achieve this much calories from fruit one has to each HUGE amounts of fruit. This does not seem compatible to one fruit at a time, and as per MH method, One fruit for the evening meal. Seems like a bit of a contradition.
Obviously if one is very active in the day, ie excercising etc, one needs fuel for the body, ie calories of some sort. Fruit is the finest, EXACT fuel that the cells need. but what about the caloric reqirment.
What am I missing?
Could you or anyone else shed some light on the calorie requirment aspect of our eating purley fruit.

By awakening it is meant to only be aware of the powers every human was born with, as one is deprogramed from commerical schooling, they become more and more aware about how powerful they actually are. Not one human has more power than another, it is only that there are those who control the education of humans and purposely dumbfound the children into believing they are born to be slaves to the system if they want $$$$$$$$.

This is a reply to # 210,193Zach, I'm a million miles behind you on this quest, but have an experience I'd like to share from yesterday:
My 12 yr old grandson plays tournament level baseball. He's decided he needs fresh pineapple before his games. Yesterday, we cored and cut up a whole one that he then decided he couldn't eat. This mimi sat thru 2 baseball games yesterday munching down on that pineapple, consuming about 3/4 of it, I'd even scraped alot of it off the skin, so it was ALOT of pineapple. The only other thing I comsumed yesterday was some hommus and organic chips.
Talking about cleansing? I haven't taken my Homozon (finishing what I have then ordering LBB) for 2 days, but this morning, I've "gone" more than what I could have possibly eaten over 4 days, and I was by no means consipated! There's another pineapple on the counter!! I might have it for todays games!!!Advertisement

People look at you funny in the store when your cart is full of fruits and pokey things. The sad thing is, fruit in our society, is seen as a luxury, not a necessity. We try to bring extra fruits when we go out. Kids are always drawn to them!

You oughta see the parents checking what I'm eating at these tournaments every other weekend ... taking a tiny bites of crystalized ginger ... staring into bags of organic chips ... smelling my hommus ... GT (grandson) talking about his goji and them asking what on earth that is ... their amazed stares if he says something like "I'm sure gonna need brushing tonight Mimi!!!" ... they sit there with their soda's, pumping their kids full of gator aide, there's pineapple or pear juice 1/2 and 1/2'd with water in my sports cup ... I hear ya! Goji berries are fun! They pick me up at the end of a day and are filling with just a few! You are such a GREAT influence!!!! My 15 year old son takes all his raw goodies out with him and has attracted positive attention and awareness from his friends and adults alike! It's amazing how good things can be influential. It reminds me to never underestimate those stares. They might change a person's eating even if only a snack at a time. It is contagious!
But I know all to well the pitfalls of trying to tell folks how good my foods are. Many do not care, and do not want to hear my "hippy freak" words. (No offence to hippy's it is a compliment rather :))
One of my son's friends in particular loves fruit but his family will not buy it and they have fruit trees they will not take care of!
So when the friends go out, they go buy oranges and olives and whatever they like to eat that day. Finding fruit trees is a great hobby too!
