The supplements I was taking before the Na level raised were just GB3, Paramin, Zinc, Renamide and Selenium. I didn't take near the amounts of them I was supposed to. I was also supposed to take endoveggies and megapan as well, but I didn't because they were too stimulatory for me back then.
So yes, I'm doing ARL. Are you as well? I didn't know about TEI until not too long ago. If I'd known about them a while back, I probably would have started with them, since I get the impression it's less of a detox and more gentle. However, as long as I'm improving, I'll stay in the program I'm in, as I like my practioner. She has a keen eye and knows how to tweak things based on my symptoms even before I do a retest.
I totally understand what you say about it being trickier to raise the sodium level when it's low like yours is, at a 2. It sounds like you have a good understanding of what you're going to do to move forward, though! :)
I'm still not taking glandulars. As to how I feel, I get weeks or days out of the blue suddenly where I feel pretty much normal, and then everything keeps cycling back around, so any given day is like pot luck... you never know what the day or hour might bring. However, that being said, I wasn't getting intermittent spells of feeling good for the last couple of years before NB, so this is progress.
That's great you've gotten energy work done! You know, I just didn't know how powerful a shift, and what a tremendous positive change I'd go through just by clearing toxic emotions. It's like my reset button has been pushed. For me, adrenal burnout is genetic, as my mom and sister have it as well, but now that I don't have all this baggage and emotional/psychological stress and toxic thought patterns from my past holding me back, I feel like it is just that much easier to heal physically.
LOL, I was using Hawaiian jade
Sea Salt , but boy that stuff is quite expensive, and I go through it like it's candy. So I'm using mediterranean
Sea Salt , sometimes himalayan
Sea Salt .
I hope everything goes ok with you with your move, CA to the UK will be quite a change. I'm moving as well in the next few weeks, but I'm looking forward to it. My old self a year ago would have been totally wiped out by even the thought of moving, but I guess I have more energy the last several months.
Keep us posted on your next retest! I'm actually due for my retest as well, and I'm off to cut my hair this afternoon or tomorrow so I can send it off. Quite an exciting time. LOL
