Hi,
I'm currently on my 2nd day of the master cleanse, and I don't see any solids in my bowel movement, which makes sense since i'm only drinking the lemonade drink. but i've read that people gets alot of junk from their body using a colon cleanse. so does this mean The Master Cleanse is not a colon cleanse? if so, is it recommended that i do a Colon Cleanse after the MC? thanks in advance.- Re: is master cleanse same as colon ... propaul

Hi energy4life,
Master cleanse is one of the many colon cleanse. When people mention junk it does not necessarily mean solid junk could also be liquid junk.
After the Master cleanse you should not need another colon cleanse for a while. Think about liver flush, kidney and bladder flush, etc.
