Doing a little research on EMF as a source of stress. Below are a few studies.

I was starting to develop electro-senstivity a couple of years ago. There are ways to protect yourself.
Earthing is a big help.
So are GS Filters. Dirty Electricity is the worst of the worst EMF, and GS filters reduce dirty electricity.

Well. Stress exposure is cumulative, so it is still good to learn how to avoid/reduce EMF exposure.
Person “A” over trained, had a major virus infection, had several members of their family die and has a major EMF problem in their house.
Person “B” has all the same stress except for the EMF problem.
Person A will progress into adrenal fatigue faster and have a harder time coming out of it.
So every little bit helps.

But I do see what you are saying. I’ve read people who said their chemical sensitivity went away after a couple of years of metal detoxing (although it initially got worse for a while as metals were coming out). Obviously a lot of variables on timing and during.
Also, since Earthing eliminates one source of stress, it can actually trigger a detox.
They talk about that in the Earthing book. My cousin bought an Earthing sheet and had insomnia for about 3 days with it, and then it went away. She never has insomnia.
So even though you have reduced electrosensitivity after detoxing metals, EMF is still acting as a source of stress for you. It probably just means that you are now much better at handling other sources of stress, so you do not notice EMF as much. But it is still stressing your cells, as per the studies in the original post.
Regardless of your protocol, it would seem that techniques to reduce EMF exposure will speed up your recovery.

I respectfully disagree with that.
Just because you do not feel the effects of EMF anymore, does not mean it is not a source of stress.
Plus ….any source of stress reduces the ability to remove toxins. So earthing, as well as any other stress reduction technique, is important to keep toxins from re-accumulating.
And if you at least read the titles of the studies in the original post ….EMF is a source of stress.
So I plan on using my Earthing sheet for the rest of my life.
Just like I plan on meditating for the rest of my life, and many other stress reduction techniques

Dr Milham makes a good case that it is the Dirty Electricity generated by cell towers that increases the risk of cancer.
Dirty electricity is high frequency transients riding on top of the 60-hz sine wave. The high frequency transients produce high frequency magnetic fields, which penetrate deeper into the body than low frequency fields.
Electronics such as big screen TV’s, Compact flourscent bulbs and many other product dirty electricity. Cell Towers results in dirty electricity entering your home through the wires, producing high frequency fields in your house.
Luckily, you can get filters that absorbs the transients. GS filters, and there are a few others on the market now.
