The juice in the pic is probably better than most drinks you can buy from the store but I still wouldn't drink it. That's just me and I have a rather strict (yet simple) diet compared to most people.
Why wouldn't I drink that stuff in the pic?
They removed the natural 'live' water and attached nutrients from the vegetables to make concentrate, then replaced it with 'dead' tap water which is probably contaminated and not even filtered otherwise it would state on the label.
The words "spices" (and "natural flavors") is used to hide ingredients so you don't know what is in there like
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and other stuff you probably wouldn't consume if you saw it on the label. Or maybe it's a chemical name that doesn't look appetizing amongst all the other natural sounding words like tomato and cucumber. Either way if all ingredients are not explicitly stated on the label I'm not consuming it.
I don't eat 100% organic, but I seriously doubt they even washed the pesticides off the outter skins before
juicing all those vegetables.
Are you in Poland? I don't know what you have to choose from there so it's hard to say. Time and money are factors to consider. I pretty much only drink spring water, anything else is solid food.
One can wolf down a half dozen small organic or non-organic tomatoes pretty quick, and it's mostly water.
At least you aren't drinking grape drank or milk...
(try cutting out all milk and dairy for your IBS)
