I booked an appointment with one of the UK's leading reconstructive surgeons. I tried to get his opinion on the injections etc. He said that it was really promising and would be willing to do it.
However, the BUT, was that my stupid biopsy results need to be back, so he could make sure there weren't any underlying causes etc. He was willing to do a biopsy on the day and I'd get it back tomorrow, but I couldn't go through the torture again, so ill wait 2 weeks to get the results.
I've also got another one booked for on wednesday, ill get his opinion too - his probably going to ask about a biopsy too :(
So, ill just wait a bit.
Death2ec, I recall that you'll be discussing this with your derm today, tell us what she said.

I'm sorry to have to be the person to always say this but at this point I just think its ridiculous that people are so quick to claim that things are "it" or the "answer" we have always been waiting for, before even trying it. Or just because it worked for 1 random person.
I know people will think I'm just being negative, but come on. We are all adults, and at this point we should all realize it is important to manage expectations when it comes to this condition. I'm not being negative I'm being rational.
And I think it's kind of ridiculous that people are so hasty to jump to conclusions at this point. Just my opinion though. If people want to be excited that's obviously their prerogative. I just think that for people in the future we should refrain.
I can't tell you how many times I searched this site for things like "EC cure" and just saw complete BS because people claimed cured prematurely or because it worked for some random person. So to try to help those in the future doing that, we should refrain.
Just my opinion...

This is a reply to # 2,082,320Healing stresses to focus on decreasing inflammation. I do not know what would decrease inflammation more than this treatment since it absorbs deeper into the skin.

Not to mention that the case report about this Hyaluronidase was written in like the 50s!

This is a reply to # 2,082,387I have not read the Calendula case study, but wasn't that study just based on one person? Four people healed with same treatment is pretty impressive to me. An older discovery should not be ignored just because it is not recent.
