Castor oil with Parasite Cleanse?

I was curious if any of you have used castor oil internally? I have been in this ugly die off state from my current parasite cleanse and constipation is usually one of the main issues I have. Well today I took about two shot glasses of castor oil and boy about 3 hours later I was on the toilet!!! I'm surprised it just went straight through me the way it did. I am always hindered by chronic constipation so I was wondering if castor oil would be safe to use for temporary relief(while i'm cleansing)?- Re: Castor oil with Parasite Cleanse... Beeasy34

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,075,643Castor oil is good and safe, and sounds like it's working. As with any constipation remedy, you do want to try to to only use it when you need it, and after the parasites are gone hopefully you go back to normal. I did.

This is a reply to # 2,075,643I've also read that you shouldn't use for more than a week without taking a break. When I use it I do so for no more than a week, then skip at least a week.
