Hey Amy, I've now tried the potassium supplement (100mg a day) for over a week now, separate from ARL supplementation, due to fact that my practitioner won't agree to give me the SBF despite it being on list of ARL supplements. Anyway, it's been a week and i must say, I've felt absolutely no improvement on my reactive hypoglycemia or any other symptoms.Maybe it's still too soon, but my thinking is that it could be the other ingredients in SBF combined with potassium that is giving you the positive reaction. The Thymus component in the SBF that helps regulates calcium, so it might be the missing link for me. For me potassium alone, just doesn't seem to be the answer when it comes to my hypoglycemia and now re-occurring fatigue. How long did it take for you to see definite results from SBF? Anyone else see positive results just on potassium supplementation alone?
