I haven't been taking a supplement but have been increasing it in my diet. bananas, coconut water etc. I find I get heart palpitations if I don't. My practitioner warned me that since I'm in four lows if I take a potassium supplement my body will actually convert it to Calcium and give priority to that mineral, thus throwing my ratios off even more. I'm not sure if this is true but for the moment I'm following her recommendation. How about you? Are you taking any?
