So I'm not sure what's going on. For awhile I was noticing after I smoked Cannabis my scalp would get really tender/hurt. Feel like someone was pulling my hair and my hair is really sensitive. If I slight pull it, feels like an infection under the scalp.
I tried
Colloidal Silver with shampoo and after an hour or two the pain subsides.
Okay, Idk why Cannabis would cause an issue with an infection under my scalp.
However on the contrary I have read things on here that people with Hypo end up getting tender scalp.
I tried salt with
Iodine in it and my thyroid starts hurting.
I went to the Dr and was waiting for her to come in... So I figured hmm why not take some of this
Iodine that is sitting over here and put a dot on my hand and see how long it takes for the body to absorb it.
I thought to myself if I get pain in my thyroid then something is going on.
Put a dot on and went about the appointment where she said these results were normal.
TSH 1.13 0.5 - 6.0
T3 2.9 2.3 - 4.2
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies 25 Less Than 35
Thyroglobulin Antibodies 12.8 Less Than 20
Got home and started getting pain in my thyroid, Didn't think any of it at first then remembered that I put it on my hand!
So hmmm maybe I'm lacking Selenium.
The next morning I woke up with morning wood (Haven't had that in awhile) to the point where I had to have intercourse to get rid of it lol.
That was kinda enjoyable. I really think it was the iodine.
However my worry is this.
I have low body temperature to the point where I am getting hypothermia while outside during spring at night. Driving my car during the cold without the heat on.
And I get hypothermia when I smoke cannabis.
I think the cannabis is saying "Hey your thyroid is asking for help"
My issue with supplementing
Iodine is that I am losing a lot of weight. I weigh 135lbs and can't gain weight.
I'm constantly hungry, Went Gluten free for months now.
Still nothing.
Will supplementing iodine cause me to lose weight? Making my thyroid activate and burn more calories?
I can't gain weight and I sit at a computer and don't really do much day by day.
Thanks.
