Hi,
Just a thought.
I've noticed last week that I got a relatively big (1mm diameter wide) Fordyce's spot on my top lip (within the damaged area)
This time, in particular, it comes from a rough dead skin peeling (premature peeling if you consider the usual peeling cycle that lasts approx. 7-10 days in my case). I remember that I've already seen it a couple of weeks ago when the lips were raw, at the EXACT SAME PLACE.
It burns like hell on the area of the Fordyce's spot ! Of course the skin was raw, but it seems that the pain was concentrated around this spot.
2 days later, as usual, the dead skin buildup has started and it covers already the Fordyce's spot. We didn't see it anymore, only a little bit by transparency.
Do you think ec is, for one reason or another, related to these spots ?
Obviously, there is a lubrication issue on our lips.
In my case, it seems that the fordyce's spots are located mostly around the "most extended" peeling area. Some are also in place within the peeling area, but I think the crust covers them most of the time, so it's difficult to have a clear picture of what's going on...
Regards,
Tony
