It definetly seems like fungal candida does not allow lactobaccili strains to grow back/colonize. Do you think the fungal candida inhibits or kills the Lactobaccili probiotics. It almost seems like the fungal candida tries to kill the Lactobaccili with its destructive enzymes. Been my experience with some Lactobaccili probiotics that they can cause a decent amount of gut aggravation/pain-- almost the same kind of pain if I eat to much fat/protein(also linked to Fungal candida's destructive/irritating protease/lipase enzymes).
What does fungal candida produce to inhibit the lactobaccili? Maybe ammonia?( ammonia nuetralizes the acids that lactobaccili produce?)
I'm wondering if acetaldehyde inhibits lactobaccili in any way?
Curious to see if you've seen any research on the above.
I definetly agree with you on Fungal candida not allowing Lactobaccili to regain territory...lactobaccili probiotics seem worthless until the fungal candida is under control.
Good post Dr. Jeff. Do you think Fungal candida prevents the regrowth of S. boulardi as well?
Have people on your program done better with S.boulardi once the fungal candida is under control or do you think candida is more likely to accept S.boulardi?
