Using a half-teaspoon of unrefined
Sea Salt in your water may help ease the excessive thirst. I find it does that for me- it may be electrolite/mineral cravings.
Sea salts help your body to retain the water you are taking in, and help your cells to expand/hydrate themselves. That's one of the keys of the 'water cure' that keeps getting forgotten,
Sea Salt s porportionate to the water you're taking in. (the
Water Cure is the protocol of drinking at least 1 liter water per day with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon
Seasalt dissolved in it).
If your water is quite hard, it can have something to do with your thirst. My own water here where I live is hard enough to leave calcium/lime rings where it evaporates- that's more calcium than magnesium in the water. Some
Epsom Salt footsoaking may help out. ;)
