As in by following a protocol or some kind of diet with natural remedies, etc...?
And if so have you said success doing it?
I'm not even 100% sure I still have lyme but I imagine I do. At the moment though I think I'm dealing with candida and possibly
parasites as well. My symptoms are kind of and on and off, with fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, some days being better or worse than others, etc....
What lead to a lot of these symptoms were being on
Antibiotics for a few months with a lyme disease doctor, I also switched from that doctor because they were pretty careless with the way they used
Antibiotics at the office. I was taking probiotics a few hours after the
Antibiotics but even so I think they over subscribed antibiotics a lot and didn't advise me to take a break any point accept when I insisted I take one.
It eventually lead to my stomach being really messed up and getting a colonoscopy to see if I got c-dif from it but that came out fine and nothing showed from the operation. Also now my stomach is a lot better. Keeping a low
Sugar and a low dairy diet has helped a lot as welll as staying away from gluten when possible like bread and stuff like that.
I'm just wonring though if anyone has had success in following a protocal or figuring out a treatment for themselves? I feel like going back to antibiotics might be a bad move, tho I realize they are probably stronger than some of the naturals but it seems like they can mess up your stomach pretty easily as well. I do also see a lyme doctor now who works with naturals as well as antibiotics but it still is pretty expensive to take trips out there and pay for them, etc..
Thanks
