Fruit and Vegetable Juice Facial Peel
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. of plain gelatin
½ cup of fruit or vegetable juice
Certain skin types will require different juices. Cranberry juice is best because it's great for all skin types. If you want to focus on a certain skin types for dry skin you can use apricot or carrot juice and for oily skin types you can use tomato or grapefruit juice.
Mix your ingredients into a bowl and place in the microwave until the gelatin mixes with the juice. Now place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken. Be sure not to let the mixture become so thick that it is not able to be applied to the face. Now apply the homemade do it yourself facial peel to your skin, leaving out the eyes, mouth, and nose. Leave fruit and vegetable facial peel on the skin for about 20 minutes and peel off to remove.
