Besides weighing yourself also take your waist measurement. See if there is a reduction. Your initial weight loss is most probably due to loss of fluid (water) from your body. Usually happens at the beginning of a cleanse.
Do not mix veggies and fruits when juicing. In fact even drinking fruit juice should be separated from drinking vegetable juice by at least half an hour. Also dilute all your juices with 50% water. Drink only one 8oz glass of diluted fruit juice twice a day, once in the morning then a second one in the afternoon.
Enrich your vegetable broth with potassium by simply adding the peel of one or two large baking potatoes. Make sure that you wash the potatoes very thoroughly then peel 1/4 inch of them, put the peel in the broth and cook until tender.
