I just started taking this product from endomet labs. I had no stomach cramping or anything, took 1 for breakfast , 1 at lunch, then I tried 2 at dinner, a couple hours after dinner, I started to feel this awkward pain in my rectum/colon, I dunno where exactly but it wasnt extreme, but I did feel some pressure up in there for a a couple hours. Just wondering if anyone knows what may have caused this.- Re: Just got gb3 AskBella

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,039,535I don't have an answer but I am doing 1/2 for one day then building up - right now I'm at 1/2 in the a.m. and 1/2 in the pm following a progression chart - you may need to back off your dosage and move up gradually.

I know when I started GB3 only 1/2 pill I suffered in the evening hours and bedtime with achey stomach mucles. It took 3 days for this to stop with the 1/2 pill and since then I waa able to do 3 aday. I was suggested to take up to 9 aday, but my bowel movement was snake like and soft not loose...So i stayed on the 3 aday. I was informed by my practitioner at the time to watch the bowel movements and adjust up when you can and if you can. DO not want loose stool can loss minerals this way.
Hope you feel better with this dicomfort. Maybe you would want to lower the dose for a few days and work yourself up to the recommmended dose.

This is a reply to # 2,039,535I couldn't tolerate it for a while, but now I am taking 1/2 pill per meal and am doing fine. I plan to try a whole pill and see. Sometimes I get weird sensations like my colon is quivering. Also, the GB3 may give you a little bit of a die off reaction because it does have anti candida/ parasite properties.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,039,618Yeah I had a "celebration" of my own last evening, which is very odd for me as I am more prone to getting stopped up. I've been feeling like total crap the past few days so I'm pretty sure the GB3 is killing bugs. Sounds like its doing the same for you. Stuff is serious

This is a reply to # 2,039,535The GB3 will kill some parasites. I took 3 per meal for over a year. It will thoroughly digest the food and kill some parasites.
It wasn't sufficient to kill all chronic infections in me though. Sometimes when parasites and sibo are dying I would get the intestinal pain.- Re: Just got gb3 AskBella

This is a reply to # 2,039,807I sprained my back last week and my chiro noticed my "ileo sical valve" (I can't spell that) was really irritated - and I felt it - I'd been having pain there. Wonder, now, if it was from GB3
