Hi guys! So , i suffer from this and i dont know why. I believe its candida because there was a summer when i would play with
Antibiotics a lot, and after that my odor became CONS-TANT. so. i have reached a holistic nutritionist, who gave me this amazing diet which has already cleared my skin a lot and improved my bm's ( which you all know IS CRITICAL to improve our odors, we MUST eliminate whatever we eat or else, it putrifies in the colon and.. well. you know. so, this is an ELIMINATION/DETOX diet so most of the foods are OFF. today is my day 5, and i feel great. basically, its a smoothie in the morning, meal at lunch and another smoothie at night. however, i vary a lot. sometimes i get fruits in the morning, lunch, snacks (nuts) and then another meal for dinner and if im still hungry i kick in the smoothie.
heres whats permitted:
Fruits: whole fruits, unsweetened, frozen or water packed, diluted natural juices
dairy: nut milks( almond milk yummy!), rice milk, brazil nut milk, hemp seed milk
non gluten grains and starchs: brown rice, quinoa, millet, amaranth and buckwheat
animal protein: fish such as salmon & trout, lamb, duck, chicken and turkey
vegetable protein: peas, lentils, legumes, beans
nuts & seeds: walnuts, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, seed butters (almond butter)
veggies: fresh, raw, steamed, sauteed, juiced, roasted
oils: olive, coconut, flax, sesame, almond, sunflower
sweeteners: stevia, brown rice syrup
condiments: vinegar, spices,
Sea Salt , raw cacao, etc
