Hi Feo,
i've seen some of your posts on here before and must admit they provided me with some comfort when i was going through some of the more intense cleansing periods!
my initial CP was 6 seconds and my first few months were very intense indeed, one patch in particular was very scary and i even went to the ER in the middle of the night as i thought something pretty serious was going on.
i was pretty rubbish at practicing the method for the first few months (may-august 2012), then i took another few months off (the last four months of 2012). In the past few weeks i've given up formal exercises and i've just managed to keep really good control of my breathing at all times and during this period my control pause has shot up and i am feeling better all the time. Do you still practice reduced breathing? i've read incredible things about really high CPs like 50s+ and i don't plan on stopping til i get there at least. It would be my guess that if you pushed your CP again that the copper would come out naturally, that's just my guess though. Sounds like you are doing great anyway!
Yeah my CP always crashes when i'm going through cleansing. Most of my cleansing comes in the form of all different types of old infections flaring up as they get pushed out of my body, My biggest cleansings always manifested in the form of Herxheimer reactions (fever, chills, rigor, hypotension, headache, tachycardia, hyperventilation, vasodilation with flushing). I always feel so much better when i come out the other side though :)
