I was just thinking about the trickieness of supplements, nutrition and health while reading the iodine/influenza thread:
Ioidine: which form, how much to take, when to take it, start slow, start fast, magnets, no magnets, bad for thyroid, excellent for thyroid,get rid of moles, great for skin, which co-supplements………..
vitamin D: its good for you, its not, how much, only winter, skin types, source, where Venus is in the sky?, stops a cold
diatomaceous earth: good for your health, bad for your health,dead rocks in your body, pulls out toxins, bug killer, slices up your intestines
amalgam fillings: a deadly metal, inert and locked in the filling,gut toxin, absorbed in lung via vapor……..
borax: wash my cloths, fluoride detox, bug killer, mold killer,
Arthritis killer, drink it, you’re crazy, tri-boron
silver: pretty to look at, kills bacteria, boost immunity, expensive, drink it, toxic
flu shots: prevent the flu, a horrible toxin, get’s you sick, heavy metal toxin, boost immune system……
water: no fluoride, give me fluoride (prevent caries), distilled water only, cartridge filter only, double distilled, with salt, with only my salt!

flu shot: never in my life………….. achoooooo, sniff, sniff , hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
water: I want a distiller soooo bad (really)
