Hi,
Beware: Too Much Information warning about what I see in my stool.
I've been doing multiple daily enemas for a few months. Especially
coffee enemas for liver detox. I see undigested pieces after the enema that I don't see in my stool.
Usually fiber (pieces/skins of vegetables, completely undigested vegetables).
I have adrenal, liver issues, mercury toxicity (on Andy Cutler protocol just about to start ALA), used to have candida/dysbiosis should be gone now.
I take a lot of supplements. Including x2 probiotics, daily x3 psyllium, x3 ox bile, taurine, lots of liver support (mega dose Milk Thistle, Buplerum, Niacinamide, Glutamine/Glyceine) and Edible Earth clays almost every night.
Is there a supplement (enzymes?) especially for vegetables. I can add to make it work. Should I just switch to different vitamin for the ones I dont digest?
My stools tend to be light colored orange.
