Disclaimer: I am no expert in anything at all, but this seems more nutritionist or digestive expert question.

But, on Andreas Moritz website ener-chi he advises against psyllium as he states it is to abrasive.

In his latest book, he says coffee enemas really don't do much for you and are over rated, I believe he advises against those as well.
Some vegetable parts are not easy to breakdown and digest, besides your small intestine sucks up all the good stuff and your large intestine just sops up whatever is left.

Orange is indicative of fast transit time?, not 100% sure.

I've been advised a couple of times to slow down and be patient, it took a lifetime to get here, going to take some time to detox and flush.
