I am hypothyroid and on 60 mg of Armour but tend to run a low temp & have other thyroid symptoms. Last week I began taking about 3 tbsp or more a day of kelp and generously
Iodine painted on my feet and behind my knees where the arteries are close to the skin. The
Iodine was the plain ol' otc drug store type. The result was more energy mentally & physically.
Yesterday I began taking iodoral also. The result is strong fatigue, fleeting headache, occasional blurry vision, aches & pains. I have seen here on Curezone (I thank Heaven for this site and the kind people who try to help others!) that detox reactions are very, very common with Iodoral. So...someone tell me why I need that instead of just kelp and
Iodine painiting? I guess maybe the herx shows something had to be cleaned out but I am tempted to just forget it.
Yes I did the salt loading & it seemed to help. Some. I also take all the supplements they say except not quire the amount of B2 they recommend, though I'll be getting more of that.
Any advice much appreciated. One person said she went through months of detox with Iodoral! And btw in the past I have done a lot of other detoxing, liver flush,
parasite cleanse, candida cleansing, and I took lots of chlorella for mercury, etc. so I don't think such problems would be the culprits. Also I eat very healthily, almost always organic.
And come to think of it...I also was taking some nascent iodine at quite a few drops a day, and it did not cause a herx reaction, though when it ran out I can't say I saw any diffrence either. In fact, the thing that seems to have helped me the most is the kelp.
