Hi All,
I’m looking for a naturotherapist who could help me to recover from a range of issues.
I have a number of chronic problems, including poor digestion, trouble sleeping, adrenal fatigue, low sex drive, Sugar cravings, and I’m looking to work with a natural therapist who could help me work out what’s going wrong and how to improve things.
I’m particularly interested in seeing a specialist in nutrition and digestion, but ideally someone who has an understanding of heavy metals poisoning and nutritional balancing approaches. A lot to ask I know, and I’ve found it hard to know which therapists I could trust just from their websites.
Does anyone have any personal recommendations? I’m based in London but happy to see someone over skype.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated; thanks!

This is a reply to # 2,017,686You might want to contact my doctor. She recovered from a very severe case of adrenal fatigue years ago before she became a Doctor of Natural Medicine. She also knows a lot about nutrition and related topics. Her website is http://www.thenaturaldr.com.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,017,686Sugar cravings are a sign you're not getting enough carbs and could further be exacerbated if you're eating too much fat which can block the body's ability to transport Sugar into your cells.
Get a minimum of 5 grams of carbs per healthy body weight per day and at least 2,500 (female) or 3,000 (male) calories per day.

This is a reply to # 2,017,686Dr Alan Dattner was my Naturopath. When I went to see him, I did not know he paracticed a mixture of mainstream medicine with holistic medicine. I went to him for groin and anal infections, Psoriasis and infections under my fingernail cuticles.
That's when I learned that I had intestinal Candidiasis, among other intestinal harmful bacterial overgrowths. He heals from the inside-out.
He led me to what was ultimately my cure.

This is a reply to # 2,017,686I DO think what you need is Taiji, the very slow exercise from China. It can solve all you problems but it takes time, not a month or two, at least half year plus. Doctors aren't responsible to our health, but ourselves. Some basic education is necessary no matter what your doctor told you.
