Does your bible not tell you that those who are born again in Christ Jesus are no longer sinners but saints? I borrow this quote from a miss sally allen in youtube. "That verse talking about SIN (the sin nature), not sinS (the acts of disobedience). It is addressing those people who claim that we are all born good, without a sin nature. I do not say we are born good-- scripture clearly states we ARE born with a sin nature."

My old compass that pointed towards sin has been destroyed and my new compass points towards holiness. I desired this with all my heart and cried out to the Lord for it... and He blessed me with this desire. It was a fire baptism, the burning away of my sin nature which had continued to be dominent a moment earlier. On this day, in this moment, i just didn't want to sin any more... it had lost its grip over me. I really do hate sin, flesh and the demonic kingdom and i really do love God, holiness, heaven and everything God loves. This is why i align myself completely with holiness and fight against unholiness every day in Jesus name. I am born again through my Lord Jesus of the Spirit of the Living God. I don't say that i never have a sinful thought as temptation does continue to arise, but i do take these thoughts immediately captive and bring them into obedience to my Lord Jesus who is faithful to wash me clean. I reject these sin thoughts immediately and so i reject entirely the idea of basking in sin. maybe this is where we are different? I choose in the power of the Holy Spirit to bask in holiness, filled with and led by the Holy Spirit and reject sin immediately every time it rears it's evil head. As such, my life is as a taste of heaven. Now i sit at the Fathers feet and know and feel His love for me tangibly. I encourage you to seek this kind of intimate relationship with the Lord instead of continuing in slavery to sin while seeking bible verses which you believe justify this. Make this the desire of your heart and cry out to Him for this with your whole heart... and tearfully... every day until He blesses you. it really is amazing and is filled with heavenly blessings and favor from the living God who loves His children and desires that they live in obedience and holiness unto Him, not by their own strength, but by His Spirit. Clinging to our sin nature is sin. Please cut it loose so that you too can be blessed.
As an important side note, because i have surrendered my life to the Lord Jesus and made a commitment to die moment by moment to my flesh and live holy unto Him, my Lord Jesus has recently blessed me with the gift of healing... and a few days ago within a few short hours, He performed no fewer than 9 instantaneous and spectacular healing miracles through my prayers. Paraphrased from Mark 16: "and these signs will follow those who believe. in my name they will cast out demons... and they will lay hands on the sick and they will be healed"... How is remaining captive to your sin working out for you? My Lord has set me free from it. Why not do what the bible teaches?, die daily (moment by moment i say) to our old sin nature, and live filled with and led by the holy Spirit, holy unto the Lord as a branch attached to the Vine bearing fruit... and watch what He does with your life. do this and you will be casting out demons and healing the sick in Jesus name in no time, just as my Lord said His followers would be doing. I assume He meant His true followers who believe His words, do what He asks and abide in Him in holy living as a branch to the Vine, receiving nourishment moment by moment in surrender from the bread of life and the blood of the Lamb. Do you reject the Lord's teachings in these areas?
Maybe you will say that i am making this all about myself and not about the risen Lamb of God who died for the sins of all who will call upon His holy name and receive Him as Savior and Lord? It is not only my life but the lives of many other disciples of the Lord Jesus (i estimate 5 or 10 million on the planet) where the book of Acts continues to be lived out and written in heaven in spite of what the institutional church teaches and what the majority of so called believers believe. I am delighted to share what the Lord Jesus does when His disciples genuinely surrender their lives to Him, disciples who fully embrace His will (as branches attached to the Vine) and all He has for them. I share what the Lord Jesus is doing in my life and in the lives of His other disciples to shine light on the dark contrast of non-book of acts believers (those having a form of religion but with no Holy Spirit power) in the hopes of encouraging those who are walking in weakness, still being held captive to sin by the enemy that they really can be set free from this. Getting set free from captivity to sin is the key to coming into true intimacy with the living God... and once we have this amazing intimacy, our prayers "availeth much" and His miracles chase after us. The fullness of what the Lord Jesus has for us is available to us all, but we must choose it and cry out for it. I do wish you the best and i pray in Jesus name that you will be richly blessed.

I'm not impressed with your going on and on about how great you are. No doubt some are though. I see many of the things you say, and the people you think are great, as heretical, so that tells me you aren't living as Holy as you think you are.

The Lord Jesus is great and it is awesome the many ways in which He pours Himself through His millions of true disciples, me being only one of them. Maybe one day you will lay down your flesh and become one too instead of being just a scoffer having a form of religion but with no Holy Spirit power? Please stop making excuses for your flesh immersed life. Living holy unto the Lord is accompanied by an amazing abundance of blessings and favor that you cannot possibly fathom in your current sin nature state. Die to your old nature taking every thought captive and bringing it into obedience to the Lord Jesus... just as the bible teaches... and watch what amazing things the Lord will do through your newly surrendered life.

If you don't see my worshipful attitude towards my Lord Jesus, it can only be that you are afflicted by a very serious case of blindness. When you read the book of acts, are you only seeing how great Peter and Paul are because of the mighty works the Lord Jesus poured through their surrendered lives? Do you only see the disciples who have been blessed by the Lord, but not the Lord who blessed them? If you want help getting set free from this blindness, please let me know.
You like reading about Jesus, this is good and so do i. i hope you will read His words and begin to obey them as i do. Can you honestly say that you are a fruit producing branch attached to the Vine? Can you say that you are you blown about by the Holy Spirit as if by the wind? Do rivers of living water flow out of your heart? Is your role in the body of Christ that of one who wishes only to slow the other believers down from doing God's will and sharing about it?

Through God's grace He drew us unto Himself and through His Grace we are able to become dead to our sin nature and live by the Spirit. As much as you wish it were, grace is not a license to remain a slave to sin. What a powerless walk you live when you believe you can do it from a place of unrepentant sin, unrepentance and unforgiveness all of which go completely against my Lord Jesus' model for us as clearly demonstrated in the scriptures. Why choose to walk in the obvious weakness you are in when you can instead choose the abundant life that my Lord Jesus spoke about?

Since I am walking in grace, but not in unrepentant sin, i don't say that one is necessarily related to the other. But flesh immersed believers who are not walking in the "fruit bearing branch attached to Vine" relationship that the Lord Jesus has set out for us like to point to grace as the reason why it is ok to remain in their sin. They have a misunderstanding of what God's grace really is and it may lead them to miss their ticket to heaven, something i would not like to see happen.

Because they are calling out something such as a video which claims someone has been to heaven and returned. We can have confidence in Peter's statement in Acts 2:29, 34 that not even David, has ascended to heaven. Jesus Himself testifies in John 3:13: "No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.

We can have confidence in Peter's statement in Acts 2:29, 34 that not even David, has ascended to heaven. Jesus Himself testifies in John 3:13: "No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.
It can't be said that ascended and caught up are the same. John the apostle and revelator was not ascended into heaven, he was caught up. Same with Paul and Kat Kerr and same with my 3 friends, one of whom is an amazingly Spirit filled 7 year old girl. If it happened to at least 2 of the Lord's disciples 2000 years ago that we know of as recorded in an inch thick book, why not to His disciples today?... Why not Kat Kerr? Did the Living God stop doing miraculous works?
Paul writes in 2corinthians12:1: "I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord: 2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I know such a man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows— 4 how he was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter."
I want to refer you back to my post about bible idolotry/bible worship in case you didn't see it. There is much the Lord has done in the lives of His many millions of disciples throughout history and including today that were not and could not possibly have been recorded in an inch thick book. To believe that God has done nothing substantial and spectacular in the lives of His millions of deeply devoted disciples outside of a one inch book is the height of doctrine of man insanity and it needs to be challenged by true disciples who are not bound by the flesh-led institutional church system of bible idolotry as unfruitful branches attached to the wrong vine. There are good churches too which understand the fullness of God including the words of the Lord Jesus in Mark 16:
"17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues ... they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”,
each of which i participate in Jesus name as one of the millions of Disciples of the Lord Jesus who have fulfilled and continue to fulfill His prophecy. i attend several of these good churches as led (3 or 4 on sunday and one each other night of the week), to worship and pray with and encourage and be encouraged by my fellow worshipers of the Lord Jesus including the pastors who are my brothers in Christ... but i am talking about a general tendency towards the false teaching of bible worship in the body of Christ.

One of my friends, a 49 year old woman, who had been caught up into heaven several times prior got caught up again while i was praying with her. Her body was with me the whole time and as i have heard from each person i had talked to who has been there, only seconds pass on earth and they were sometimes up there for days or weeks. To answer paul's uncertainty as he spoke of in the above scripture, i believe through the limited evidence i have seen that he was caught up out of his body, not in it.
I see the fruits everyday in vektek.I am happy for this, but her discernment about me and about Kat Kerr is badly off the mark and i see it as spiritual warfare, the enemy wanting to come against two of the Lord's true disciples among millions on the planet today in an attempt to cripple the work of God as done through His surrendered servants / surrendered vessels. Don't worry, i'm used to it as i am sure Kat Kerr is... and it is almost laughable now in it's level of predictability. I am further refined, purified, santified and consecrated through these many attacks and i count it all as joy (james 1:2).
One of Satan's best weapons is bible idolotry/bible worship, getting people to believe that God and all of the works of His millions of disciples can be contained in an inch thick book and closing their eyes and hearts to everything else the Living God has done and continues to do today. the last time this kind of attack happened in open forum (aside from the various instances in person, mostly by flesh led "believers" most of whom fully admit that they are flesh led believing falsely that it is impossible to be Spirit led), i prayed that the Lord would lead the 3 people to repentance (for their own benefit so they could come into His blessing) or that if they were too stubborn to repent that He would make them leave, His will not mine.
Since 2 of the 3 stubbornly refused to repent, given much opportunity, the Lord saw to it that they both got banned. The third repented and stopped making his attacks. Thus the Lord answered my simple and brief prayer for each of these three individuals. It is true that the prayers of a righteous man availeth much and since i am indeed living righteously unto the Lord, taking every thought captive and wanting only to be in His will every second of every day, i am included in this immense blessing and favor of the Lord. I'm sure vektek is unaware that she is being used in this way and i don't hold it against her personally. I pray for her own benefit that the Lord will set her free from the lies being whispered into her ears. I would love to meet her one day in heaven.

My one inch thick book is the bible which thankfully includes the very words of my Lord Jesus, most of which you seem to completely ignore, but unfortunately for you, the Living God and all He has done and spoken and taught and accomplished through all of His millions of true worshipful disciples over the centuries is a gazillion inches thick and could never in any imaginable sense (outside of the lying doctrines of man which you eagerly embrace of course) be contained in a mere inch. This new book will contain endless miracles which He poured through the worshipful surrendered lives of his millions of true disciples. Those who make it to heaven will be able to read this very thick and amazing book, presumably with fantastically increased reading skills. i am a gazillion inch thick worshiper of the living Father through His risen Lamb of God Son and through His Holy Spirit, while you are an inch thick bible worshiper who is in love with lying doctrines of man and the accompanying love of limiting God to an inch thick book.
You need to come into a living intimate relationship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I hope one day you will be able to grasp this concept which really would require that you first be born again in Spirit like my Lord Jesus talks about in John 3 and in other places throughout this amazing Gospel where my Lord's words and deeds continuously melt my heart and often lead me to tears of heavenly joy. Though you might believe otherwise, you can't worship the Living God from your flesh since we must and can only worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Best wishes on this path and I pray that the Lord will set you free from the place where you are stuck which is in the false lying religion of man. Have you ever considered fasting unto the Lord and crying out to Him to show you His truth, and to destroy in you the many lies of man? I sure have and He really came through for me. Now as i fast unto Him, hopefully for 40 days this time just as my Lord has done, i pray that He will continue in this wonderful heavenly work. Blessings to you Chavey and i hope this helps.

Nothing of God in addition to the inch thick bible can possibly be true or valuable because God stopped talking and teaching 2000 years ago and now He only speaks through an inch thick book, right? True disciples of the Lord Jesus whose words would be equally valuable to the words written in the bible are not alive today, right?... again, because God stopped speaking to His servants 2000 years ago, right? The accounts of the lives of people today which equal or surpass the accounts of disciples written about in the bible must be false because anybody in the bible must have had superior experiences, right?
Do you have an amazingly intimate relationship with the Living God as i do or is your relationship with an inch thick book? Did you die to your sin nature and were you born again of the Holy Spirit of the Living God, are you filled with and led by this Holy Spirit moment by moment each day? Are you blown about by the Spirit as if by the wind? Do you love theology more than you love the living God and are your interpretations from your flesh, not the Holy Spirit? Is there is a whole gazillion inch thick book being written in heaven which includes the loving deeds and daily miracles the Lord Jesus is pouring through millions of His worshipful surrendered servants, including me, or do you reject this whole concept in favor of limiting God and His servants to an inch thick book?
I hope you will answer each question because i am curious as to where you stand in the kingdom of heaven. if you are controlled by lying doctrines of man including the all too pervasive abomination of bible worship, i hope it is not too late for you to reject this. We are warned Deuteronomy 4:2 “You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take anything from it”(also Deuteronomy 12:32). The reason God is so adamant on this is because “The entirety of Your word is truth” (Psalms 119: 160)."Add thou not unto His words, lest He reprove thee, and thou be found a liar" Proverbs 30:6.
In our day there is the belief in “progressive revelation” that originates from outside the Word. What right does anyone have to teach what is not in Scripture as if it is Scripture? False teachers do not want to submit to its original intent, so they do not seek what Scripture actually (exegesis) means, instead, they conform it to what they want it to mean (isogesis). They will look to another source as their authority because they are not under God’s authority. This is why Paul admonishes us in 1 Corinthians 4:6: “not to think beyond what is written” (exceed or go past). Why? So pride will not have an opportunity to operate and puff us up. It is pride that makes one participate in false doctrine which makes him spiritually destructive to himself and others who listen to him.
The reason God is so adamant on this is because “The entirety of Your word is truth” (Psalms 119: 160). Proverbs 30:5-6: “Every word of God is pure; he is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.”
If we look at the context it saying “Every word of God.” God is stating for MAN not to add to his words. Adding does not only mean additional words, but can also mean changing them to mean what they do not. When you add new words as equal to Scripture you are really taking away from Scripture.
In the book of Revelation which is prophecy completes the Bible, just as Genesis began the Bible, it states "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this Book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this Book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the Book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this Book" Revelation 22:18-19.
Of all the books Revelation has the strongest warning as it has to do with the end of world system and the coming of the Lord to restore righteousness

We need the bible to divide this word of truth, for reproof
I love and worship the Lord Jesus Christ. He has given us a book of his word and has told us to test by that book.So as for your question of limiting God, or rejecting people who claim servitude. I do non of that. But all will be tested by the Bible. If it does not line up, then it is apostasy!

You are correct! No words are equal to the bible!
We are warned Deuteronomy 4:2 “You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take anything from it”(also Deuteronomy 12:32).I see the problem here. You have interpreted this scripture in such a way that "the word" means "the bible" even though when these words were written the new testament was yet many centuries off! By your own interpretation of Deut 4:2, the entire new testament and much of the old testament is apostacy because it "added to the word of God" as warned against in Deut 4:2! Do you not see the problem here? this is why Spirit led interpretation is so essential.
God's word which does include the entire inch thick bible, old testament and new is every word He has ever spoken to the hearts, minds and spirits of His millions of servants throughout all of human history... and the bible is only one inch of this. It's really quite alarming how blinding the doctrines of man as inspired and sponsored by satan's kingdom can be. Please don't fall for the wildly popular (narrow is the path) but fantastically lying doctrine of man that all of God's "words" spoken to millions of His servants throughout all history and including today are not part of His "word". Believing and living these false doctrines of man amounts to nothing less than bible idolotry / bible worship. The living God of all creation can not be condensed to an inch and will not be quenched and put into a tiny box! Remember also that the bible is not the fourth member of the trinity and only because lying man with his false interpretations said it's the only word of God is it believed by the blind led by the blind followers of man to be this. He who has ears to hear let him hear and may the scales fall from all the blind eyes. "Lord we pray you obliterate all the many lies of man that many have come to embrace and that you fill us only with your truth". God bless you thorns in Jesus name. I have high hopes for you.

I am happy to answer your question, but i will ask that you answer each of mine from the previous post before i answer any more, because i don't want us to get distracted from what was already written before we move on to new frontiers. If you need to budget your time, i ask that you budget it there first instead of skipping ahead.
Yes i do very much believe that the bible was inspired by the Holy Spirit. I love reading the bible and i do so consistently. I just know that it is a lying doctrine of man to say that the inch thick bible is the only word of God since God has spoken to His servants throughout all of human history all the way up to this very moment and all of His "words" are His "word". To believe otherwise is extremely shallow, extremely religious and is based only on lying doctrines of man which make satan and his demons celebrate.

The Heavens
The term we know as heaven is the Old-English translation of the two original words in The Bible - the Hebrew word in the Old Testament is pronounced shaw-may, and the Greek word in the New Testament is pronounced oo-ran-aws. Both mean the same thing - either the sky, or the outer space above it, depending on what the writer was talking about at the time. Sky or space are quite accurate modern substitutes for heaven. For example:
"Heaven" translated meaning the sky, the atmosphere -
"For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and return not thither but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater." (Isaiah 55:10 RSV)
"and let birds fly above the earth across the firmament of the heavens." (Genesis 1:20 RSV)
"And as they still went on and talked, behold, a chariot of fire and horses of fire separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven." (2 Kings 2:11 RSV)
"Heaven" translated meaning outer space, the abode of God -
"O Lord, God of our fathers, art Thou not God in heaven?" (2 Chronicles 20:6 RSV)
"So then the Lord Jesus, after He had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God." (Mark 16:19 RSV)
"No one has ascended into heaven but He who descended from heaven, the Son of man." (John 3:13 RSV)
A Peaceful Retirement For A Faithful Old Prophet
Elijah's ministry was long and powerful, but eventually he could no longer perform his duties, as he himself stated: "It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am no better than my fathers." (1 Kings 19:4). So God had him call the younger Elisha, to continue the ministry: "So he departed from there, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing, with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he was with the twelfth. Elijah passed by him and cast his mantle upon him." (1 Kings 19:19 RSV).
When the day came when Elisha was ready to carry on alone, Elijah was then spectacularly transported away: "And as they still went on and talked, behold, a chariot of fire and horses of fire separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven." (2 Kings 2:11 RSV). The fifty men who were nearby (2 Kings 2:7), who witnessed the departure, knew that Elijah was taken somewhere else on earth because that's where they searched for him (2 Kings 2:15-18). They would not have looked for him on earth if they had seen him go straight up into space, like a rocket. They saw him fly away, across the sky, as does an airplane, headed for somewhere on earth.
