Does anybody have from experience any idea it usually takes for the yeast/fungi to develop a resistance to a particular antifungal? I assume the strength of the antifungal obviously matters.... but say, something like spinach, brocolli, or the fatty acids in different oils (ghee, canola, etc)
I heard some where two weeks, but anyone's guess i assume.
All I know is that if I have something that IS AF after not having used it for a while, more dead yeast ends up coming out and die off symptoms are worse.... and as I'm trying to NOT kill any off due to the harshness of it, I basically have to stick to the same diet every day so that I'm not reintroducing something that will destroy the fungi.
Thanks
