I stopped chelating a month ago because I was afraid I'd burned out my adrenals. I decided to relax it a bit, add some apple cider vinegar to my routine (alkalize a bit), and do some cleanses. I've been doing the
parasite cleanse for a little while (did
Black-Walnut hull only for a week, then switched to a full product that contained that plus many other herbs last weekend). I plan to do a liver cleanse two weekends from now (when the
parasite cleanse will be finished) as well.
Anyway, will this help make it easier for my body to expel mercury when I go back on the Cutler protocol and start using Alpha Lipoic Acid again? Will it also help my adrenals? I don't doubt I'm being helped by this in general (this morning I had a very green stool, and I've also noticed I tend to be less hungry than I normally am), but will it help make it easier for my body to expel mercury when I do chelation, or is that totally unrelated?
