I did my first flush last week and I had like 50 tiny greens stones, alone with loads of white balls and tomato peel bits, which I'm assuming are food bits, not chaff or stones. I still noticed that my BM are consistently pale after the flush so I'm wondering how many more flushes do I need to complete to change it to a healthy color? I'm assuming the pale bm is the result of restricted bile flow as a result of stones still clogging my liver and gall bladder. Thanks in advance!- Re: Pale Bowel Movements Michael B

This is a reply to # 1,988,452If you didn't eat tomatoes recently i would say those red peels are dead liver flukes. The white balls sound like parasite eggs.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,988,500Thanks. I'm actually trying to accelerate my recovery, so I may try a Liver Flush very couple of days. I've done some research on curezone and I've found that while it's probably not recommended, some people have tried this and have not have adverse reactions.

This is a reply to # 1,988,977But in your case you are already suffering from pale stools after a flush and I definitely don't recommend it! I completely understand your desire to accelerate things, but in this case taking your time and letting your body replenish its supply leads to the quickest results. Remember it's not just bile but bile salts you need to recover. These take weeks to recover totally because bile was never designed to leave or exit the body- just to be recycled.
Hope you will reconsider- you can mess yourself up for a prolonged period by over doing it

I think I will try flushes at least every week this week just to see how I feel.From monitoring the manifestation of my symptoms, I came to the conclusion the toxins from a clogged liver is harming my body if not more than the possible ramifications from frequent flushes. If I feel that I've detrimented my health, I'll simply stop. I've been on a pretty healthy Diet for the last six months so I'm not that worried about the possible mineral/vitamin depletion because of frequent flushes.

If I may add a couple more lines of thinking for you to consider: based on the results from your first flush what you need is more preparation more so than more frequent flushing. Have you considered doing an intense parasite cleanse for a few weeks before your next flush?

This is a reply to # 1,989,125I did a parasite cleanse months ago. I finished my third flush yesterday. That's 3 flushes in 2 weeks. This weekend, I plan to do another flush because I can't do one the week after, so that will be 4 flushes in 3 weeks. After that, I plan to do 1 flush do every 2 weeks.
How do you know if you become deficient in bile salts? I felt extremely nauseous and ill (experiencing flu-like symptoms) after my third flush, but was fine after eating something. The third flush was great, I think I counted upwards of 150-200 small to medium sized green stones. During the first two flushes, I hardly expelled anything.

This is a reply to # 1,990,162Pale stools are an indicator of depleted bile and bile salts. From what I recall- flushers do okay with an accelerated flushing schedule for a few weeks or months but then crash and take months to recover. This may not apply to everyone but it is quite an enormous amount of oil to be consumed when you think about it- and remember during a flush bile is excreted from the body entirely. Normally bile is recycled. So you are losing a ton of bile if you flush constantly.

This is a reply to # 1,990,265Thanks for your words of encouragement. How do you know when you "crash"? What are the symptoms? I can actually feel many of my symptoms disappearing with every flush so that's why I'm accelerating flushes. I feel very good now. I guess it's a give and take.
I'm also eating a lot of liver-friendly foods and may take bile salt tablets in the future. Would that bile salt tablets curb the damage?- Re: Pale Bowel Movements Michael B

This is a reply to # 1,990,279I think the burnout is overall fatigue and inability to properly digest foods, which further slows recovery time. Some had reported good results with the bile salt tablets but some have also said it screwed things up for them. Very conflicting results but it makes sense it would help prevent bile depletion burnout. You sound robust so i don't think you'll reach this stage.
