I feel for you. I have been there, done that, many times. Still do. We learn the hard way and sometimes that is the best way to learn because we remember what it felt like and we're not so quick to do it next time, if at all.
Now that you've associated an unpleasant feeling with eating junk food, associate a pleasant experience eating fruit and it will get easier to avoid the junk.
Watermelon and fruit juice is good. Least enervating and will keep you hydrated.
