Hello,
i have lots of problems to concentrate. Especially when reading books. I used to get good concentration after taking coffee. But since a few years my body can't tolerate coffee anymore, so i'm not taking anymore.
Does anyone knows a product which increases concentration and focus?

2) supplementation with

3) diet

c) juicing (carrots work magic, for example)
4) reduce stress (all/most stressors)
5) change environment if un-focused
6) plan what your concentration goal is exactly and continue until you've achieved it or are satisfied with the result(s)

This is a reply to # 1,986,270I see heavy metals in the picture - pour concentration, poor ability to handling stress etc... and of course some mineral deficiencies are certainly present.

I took ginko biloba for 2 weeks, but i did not feel any differences. Maybe i should try it for a longer time.
How can i get rid of heavy metals?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,986,661Never experienced Ginko to give any benefits personally, felt like placebo effect. Then again, most herbals aren't heavily regulated to produce efficate results. Who knows if the herb (ginko biloba is from a tree) was grown in poor soil, cultivated from substandard plant, or inappropriate plant portion?!
I'm curious, but what brand of Ginko did you take?
What dose?
How much daily?
Practically all of us have some heavy metals inside of us, but the differences are proportion, distribution, and quantity of each. Question is, how do you know that it truly is some heavy metal toxicity?Advertisement
