I never taken psyllium husk but I do take ground flax seeds and have no problems with them whatsoever. Is it okay to make F&B shake instead? If so, do I use the same amount of flax as psyllium?
This is my first ever detox in my 31 years and I am quite excited yet nervous. I ordered my liquid clay and am looking for a probiotic supplement. I know I need to take the shake at least 1 hour before & after eating but does anyone know when I should take the probiotic? I also do not eat any processed food except whip cream with my coffee. But is there anything else I need to prepare for or know before starting?
