it cant hold a candle to clarkson organic. of course youre talking about $25 a gallon for fearn compared to $170 for clarkson. still the clarkson comes out, assuming $200 total with shipping, about 80 cents per tablespoon. mix it half with olive oil, and you have 40 cents per day.

i have tasted both. the fearn is nasty, both in taste and on paper. soy lecithin is really nasty for chemicals. the clarkson stuff is certified organic and meets usda, EU, and japan standards, and is kosher. at 8 times the price, it is still very much worth it in my opinion.

if your lecithin is the type used to cook with and from the soybean your using the right kind, i suggest yo mix it with olive oil or several oils. for my longevity spices 4 life kit, i use a lecithin mixture that has the bf&c oils in it as well as olive oil. figure i might as well supply the body with a little plant ouils known to aid in rebuilding all the tissues/bones at the same time.

Interesting...I am taking that lecithin right now, and it seems worse than the granules I was taking before. In other words, I was sleeping much better and my mood was better with granule type lecithin, and now with that Fearn lecithin I'm depressed! Weird. I am waiting for MH's lecithin to come in the mail so I can do a comparison.
