Just a quick tip ive learned.
the oleic acid in eggs (2g) per egg have been killing massive colonies in my GI system.
also, check out this site....

you can look for the antifungal acids, and such in foods.
most nuts are loaded with oleic and are antifungal..

This is a reply to # 1,978,586Holy crap. Hope you're not prone to high cholesterol. Eating the same food, in large quantities no less, can cause you to develop an allergy to that food.

This is a reply to # 1,978,703Oleic Acid is not very effective anti-fungal. Most reactions that people have with eggs is due do the sulfur content.
