Hey everybody.
So I need some help. I just completed flush number 11 and I passed maybe 15 - 20 small pea green stones. Flushes numbers 9 and 10 and ten were only a little bit better. I used to expel hundreds and hundreds of big/medium/small stones every flush effortlessly.
I think this means I have expelled most of the stones from my gallbladder. I rarely get gallbladder pain anymore and my stool color/consistency is improving.
This obviously is a good thing. The problem is I still have
food intolerances , drug intolerances, poor circulation, dark circles under eyes, poor digestion and more signs of a congested liver I can remember right now.
I don't know how to get the stones in my liver to move into my gallbladder so I can expel them. Should I use a stonebreaker like chanca pierdra? Should I leave more time between my flushes (I flush every two weeks)? Should I use a trampoline?
Thanks guys. Thanks Telman,
Taylor
