Don't bother with metronidazole...it doesn't work! I'm in Saskatchewan and was told by the doctors here that the specialists in Vancouver are experienced with protozoa because so many people in Van pick them up travelling.

I have tried herbs - many x some w/ results, but parasites came back. finally last year tried albendazole (helped- passed tapeworms)
currently on tinidazole
but just read this post about unsweetened cocoa powder(can add a little xylitol to water)
to pass liver flukes.

as my symtoms match this poster exactly, this is what I'll be doing soon.
