I have no idea. I have always been sceptical, and am getting more sceptical with every peeling cycle, because there is no improvement. But I'm still trying.
Also, I'm doing a few other things besides leaving them alone (probably mentioned those in previous posts already):
- supplements (fish oil, flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, multivitamin+antioxidants (Immunace Extra Protection), vitamin B complex (not as much as before, as the multivitamin contains most of them anyway))
- changed as many products to all natural as possible, already about 3-4 months ago (especially toothpaste); I have started using shampoo only every few days
- even healthier diet than before EC; organic whereever possible; started eating gluten and dairy free a week or two ago; lots of fruit, lots of vegetables, lots of healthy fats (nuts/seeds, avocados, flaxseed oil...)
- daily biking (just a few kilometers, but almost everyday); still need to do more exercise though
- homeopathic globules (not counting much on them, but still taking them)
- foot patches for "detoxing" (don't think they do so much, but probably won't hurt either)
