Hello. Where do you get your bones at? have them cut up at the meat market?
I'm in question. Dr. Lam says collagen once heat treated does not work? But, he mentions about bone broth in his book, which I can't afford to get yet> ?
So, bone broth is very rich in collagen, producing stonger muscles, tissues, ligaments, hair and skin?
My whole body is wasting and I need something quickly.
Is gelatin derived from bones too? I've heard of someone on this board taking Great lake Gelatin, some time.
Chicken bones are the best?
Neo Cell Collagen powder is made of chicken combs? (don't know what combs are of the chicken)
Any help would be so appreciated.
Thank you.
