There is no such thing as powdered black seed? Now if you want to send me what you have and the website I can look to see what you have in mind.
There is whole seeds and the oil. Now after you purchase a very good seed, you can heat the seeds to take away the tartness and then grind. Amazon has a low grade and lousy powdered spice for black seeds, but would never recommend it.
Yes you can take black seed with the things you are taking. Hawthorne is for your heart but this is better:

I never found much use for ginkgo and found it low in it ability to do much.
Thistle is good and olive leaf is excellent. I suggest 9 caps of olive leaf daily if you are using a good quality dry leaf that is placed in vegetarian capsules. I frown on many supplements using gelatin caps as it contains pig.
No 1/2 tsp is not enough. 1 tsp twice daily. The oil is 2 1/2 times stronger than the seeds. If you do buy the seeds mix them with a good quality raw honey equally. I since you are looking for good health. Black seeds will increase your immune system but it is not to be taken as a quick fix. Take it like a vitamin for life. If you are not willing to invest in it for life, don't bother.
