I'm new to urine therapy, about 2 weeks. I just can't stop smiling. This feels like I'm on a natural high all the time. I've had bruxism (grinding my teeth at night while I sleep) for around 15 years, and it's getting better. It hasn't totally stopped, but I'm hoping this will finally do the trick to make it completely go away. Has anyone stopped bruxing with the help of this therapy? I suppose if it helps
Depression and stress, it would also stop the grinding eventually? Plus I've heard if you have
parasites and don't know it, you can also grind. UT helps eliminate parasites. I've also lost 2
pounds so far without changing my diet very much, and am starting to lean out more. Not overweight, but I tend to have a layer of fat over my muscle, so my muscles are not as defined as I'd like. It really has reduced my appetite, and seems to be stabalizing my blood sugars. Don't bottom out and get low as easily as I used to at all.
I just read "The Water of Life" and "Your Own Perfect Medicine" I just can't get enough of all the great information out there. It was really hard to drink psychologically the first, but every time I thought, "No, can't do it" I thought of all the wonderful benefits and drank up. NOW, I actually am accustomed to the taste AND the later it gets in the day, the more it tastes like warm water. I love this concept! In the Bible Jesus said something like, "If you believe of me, you will never thirst. Rivers of living water flow from your belly." Not exactly the quote, but from memory, about what I recall from a website I saw recently. Makes sense.
