You can take the spit test for Candida. Just take a clean glass of water and put it by your bed. When you wake up, first thing before you swallow, spit into the cup of water. If your saliva is stringy or cloudy, you have systemic Candida. If this is the case, take CAPRYLIC ACID or the even stronger Candida killer UNDECYLENIC ACID. This will give you back your magnesium.
