So sorry that this is much later than you wanted a response. I just saw it.
I am doing my 26th flush in the past 2.5yrs (I do one around 1/month.
Anyway, Limit your fat intake (I understand what you are saying about everything having fat in it....)
I limit my fat to 1gram/meal. NO OIL (that is the more important item to stay away from)
NO DAIRY AT ALL! cheese, milk, butter etc. STAY AWAY FROM OR YOU WILL FEEL ILL.
if you want Almond Milk or Coconut Milk prior to 2pm then that is fine but I wouldn't have some in an abundance.
I don't have water or food after 2pm and I have my first epsom drink mixed with grapefruit juice at 6pm.
