Hello to whomever is out there- I am 32, lactose intolerant and have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) which really messes with blood
Sugar and insulin/hormone balances... So for the last 8-10 months now, I have slipped into regularly eating refined starches and dairy foods. I ignored both the immediate side effects and longer term consequences coming up, and have tried juice and raw food cleansing periodically to negate these instead of just not eating the offending foods. Part of this was being tired of always having to stay so vigilant, and another was to be able to accept myself without having to be 'food perfect.'
My weight is mildly stable at 165-ish, I have been breaking out more all over in quick pimples and whiteheads with the occasional deeper cystic
Acne or actual cyst, BO is less than so so, and I have cravings that come and go- except for the chocolate, but that one is getting less and less every time it manifests. I have been pretty lazy lately, and mold has grown in my fridge, on some foods that even though I clean them off, and rinse my foods pretty well, I bet I am still ingesting a good amount either by eating or inhaling... (just trying to cover all the maybe pertinent info here). I am probably not hydrated enough, either.
Back to the real issue... I have been taking liquid probiotics (coconut water kefir) after meals and this really helps the initial digestion process, but my BM is still not well formed or healthy looking. I started taking Intestinal Movement Formula capsules (helps motility- I am a slow person in most every way) about 2 weeks ago, and this really helped with my regularity, but for the last or so week my BM's have smelled like burning plastic!
So, why is my BM smelling like this? I know where most of my other issues are coming from- my lack of putting knowledge about LI and PCOS into action! Just this one weird issue I'd like to clear up... Thanks in advance, redrose333
P.S.- I am starting a raw foods cleanse this weekend, but wanted an answer to this mystery if possible...
and this is my first post, I think, so if you could be so kind...
