Since parasites are most active and reproduce around the full moon, this is when some of the effects are most prominent. (and the best time to do a cleanse) Worming of any sort is best done DURING the full moon since parasites are most vulnerable at this time. Some will say to start you parasite cleanse a week before a full moon, and some will say to start at the time of the full moon.
They say that the cleansing will be more effective since the parasites won’t be hiding as much.
Whatever you do make sure you are taking your parasite cleanse during a full moon – It is believed that this is when they are awake and laying their eggs.
You want to be taking your anti-parasites herbs while the parasites are laying their eggs. You absolutely want to kill the eggs for the cleansing to be succesful.
