There is all kinds of online info linking candida and diabetes. It looks like diabetes is a complex problem. I did testing before and had totally normal results. Could candida be blooming enough to not allow the necessary spikes to show diabetes? I also tried urine testing.
I definitely had an acidosis problem when living completely off chicken and lettuce. Diabetics are prone to acidosis.
I got amazing relief when forcing myself to kickbox through fatigue to look normal in the group. The next day a lot of symptoms disappeared.
Could a lot of us be in a cycle of fatigue and diabetes that we need to simply maintain a balance to limit blood
Sugar spikes and prevent acidosis (too much protein)?
I guess my plan now could be summed up as very lean, low sugar, and aerobics. I noticed amazing relief when going on the alkaline diet, but I also was able to do more cardio.
Check this out. Woman gets ketoacidosis from atkins. This supports what I'm saying Candida loves an acidic environment, and most of us create an acidic environment by trying to avoid all kinds of fruits and vegetables...maybe because of diabetes? This is the perfect catch 22. This diabetes plan would require a lot of strict dieting and added aerobics, but for those ice cream and cheeseburger cravings, there's always crack or meth to keep it at bay. I'm gonna party it up candida free.
