going on symptoms and some tests I beleive I need to address:
Low thyroid
Low progesterone (probs adrenal fatigue)
High estrogen
Yeast/Bacteria overgrowth and leaky gut
Blood sugar problems
Overweight.
I dont know which caused what, which came first, I just no I have these issues. If you could suggest a top 10 supplements (herbs, vits, mins) to set about that lot I'd be very grateful! I also fall into the category of an "under methylator" in that I am prone to high histamine. Id rather "attack from all angles" as opposed to go after the suspected first domino in the domino affect. Albeit your view on that welcome also. Maybe the issues above may point you to a common or central root cause?
First thing I have to say is to be very careful about diagnosing yourself with low progesterone and high estrogen. Many people do this based on the misinforming claims made by progesterone sales sites. Many of the symptoms often attributed to estrogen dominance are actually symptoms of progesterone dominance or of both. For example, sales sites claim high estrogen suppresses the libido when actually it is progesterone that does this. And they claim that estrogen causes weight gain and water retention when progesterone also does this. Therefore, you need to be careful about self diagnosing hormone issues.
Here is a link to my write up on hormone balancing though:

As far as your undermethylation problem I prefer trimethylglycine (TMG) as a methyl donor. It is stronger and cheaper than SAMe and dimethylglycine (DMG) and is not reliant on other factors such as intrinsic factor like B12 is for absorption.
Eating foods high in quercetin such as yellow onions, apples, watercress, etc. will also help keep histamine levels under control.
Beyond that it would help a lot to know more specifics to your symptoms rather than vague terms such as "blood sugar problems".
I havent self diagnosed low progesterone I had a test with zrtlabs done. But on one hand you tell us the hormones tests are of no use and then we cant self diagnose based on symptoms, so how can/could we ever tell? I just have to trust the test zrtlabs did which showed low progesterone.
Again the problem is that many of the sales sites confuse symptoms of progesterone dominance, such as lack of libido, with estrogen dominance. Or fail to mention that both hormones can share symptoms such as weight gain and water retention. So people can misdiagnose themselves with estrogen dominance when they really have progesterone dominance.
Women could try to rely on other symptoms of progesterone dominance, such as acne, depression, irritability, etc. But these also have various causes making self diagnosis even more difficult.
If in doubt though the best thing to do is to support the body's own production and regulation of hormones rather than trying to force the hormones in one direction with something like progesterone creams.
Re blood sugar problems again you have said in the past there arent many accurate tests so go on symptoms, I feel like crap soon after high sugar foods so put 2-and-2 together that there are issues in that department. If there are accurate tests please share.
If you are talking about having hypoglycemic symptoms after eating sugar then that sounds like reactive hypoglycemia:
