They are a lot more dangerous in than out.
The majority are microscopic and/or so small you can tell yourself it is food.
A few are big like an earth worm. Tumors (
parasite condominiums) can get really big. But you shrink the tumor by getting rid of the
parasites that live in it, and you will never see it in the toilet, what comes out will look like food.
Ascaris comes out in wads that look like globs of spaghetti.
I'd rather see them in the toilet than feel them moving around in my body.
Do not start a
parasite cleanse unless you are committed to following up with routine maintenance because they lay eggs in pockets. The mother puts off a hormone that prevents the eggs from hatching out until after she dies, so she doesn't have to compete with her brood for food. Some lay as many as 200K eggs per day. When you do a
parasite cleanse and kill off the mothers, a few days later the eggs will start hatching out. You can have ten times as many
parasites in no time if you aren't prepared to follow up with another cleanse and mop up the babies, and the stuff that is liberated when you kill off parasites. (some
parasites are infected with viruses and smaller pathogens, you kill them off, they rot and then you have to deal with the disease that has been liberated by killing the parasite)
Cleanse for 7 days starting two days before the full moon, every month for a year, and then switch to routine maintenance every 3/6/12 months, as needed, listen to your body, it will tell you when you need to cleanse.
Do you feel bad? What symptoms made you go looking up parasites? Or was it a rumor that shushi eaters have them?
